Functions: Lead testing teams to ensure projects meet established time, cost, and quality objectives. Excellent Communication skills with clients, development team/s, and other stakeholders ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) Certified Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience as a test lead Experienced in leading testing teams (5 - 10+ resources) Experience in leading multiple, medium to complex testing projects Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, strategies, and techniques Proficient in using test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, UFT, Katalon Studio, OUTA among others. Proficient in using API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, among others. Proficient in using performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, NeoLoad among others. Proficient in defect tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or HP Quality Center. Proficient in test management tools like Zephyr, TestRail, TestLink, Xray among others. Understanding of programming languages commonly used in testing, such as Java, Python, or C#. Familiar with testing frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
