La misión de Marco Marchi, Presidente de Liu Jo S.p.A, es impulsar la empresa para resaltar la belleza natural de cada mujer, interpretando y exaltando su feminidad con un estilo glamuroso y dinámico.**Descripción del puesto**Liu Jo está buscando un excelente Assistant Store Manager para en **Outlet "Las Rozas" de Madrid**:- Dar soporte a todas las actividades operativas y de gestión de la tienda;- Ocuparse de las ventas asistidas, incentivar las ventas y mejorar los beneficios mediante la cooperación en equipo;- Motivar y formar a los nuevos vendedores;- Supervisar los indicadores clave de rendimiento de la tienda para mejorar su éxito;- Garantizar que la tienda tenga una estética agradable, en línea con las políticas de merchandising visual de la marca.**Requisitos**Las competencias requeridas son:- Experiência en el sector de la moda con marcas de ropa femenina de gama media-alta;- Tendencia a la coordinación y al trabajo en equipo;- Estilo de comunicación atractivo y empático;- Orientación a resultados;- Capacidad de resolución de problemas;- Interés por la moda y las tendencias relacionadas;- Buen nível de inglés;- Preferible residir cerca del lugar de trabajo.Tipo de puesto: Contrato temporalHorario:- Disponibilidad fin de semanaExperiência:- Ventas: 2 años (Deseable)Fecha de inicio prevista 15/02/2024
