JOB SUMMARYMonitors buyer's compliance with complete loan requirements in a timely manner and filing of loan applications with partner banks.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for sending notice of compliance, final notice, and cancellation notice to non-compliant assigned account/s.Responsible for the initial checking and validation of buyer's submitted documents.Check and ensure that data on loan documents/forms are properly filled up and accomplished prior to acceptance.Responsible for logging into the system all the submitted/complied documents by the buyer and ensuring that records are up to date.Communicate with the seller for accounts with lacking requirements to seek seller's assistance for their client to comply with the necessary requirement.Responsible for preparation of Weekly Status Report of assigned accounts.In-charge in filing of buyer's loan application to accredited partner banks.Checking the status of building permits for house & lot accounts.Work Order for building permit (if any).Responsible for bank follow-ups for the status of filed accounts.Send email notification to client on status of filed loan application for updates and follow-ups.Creation of COF for approved RFO accounts for final house finish.Endorsement of approved accounts to Post – Approval Loan Associate for house construction or advice to house turnover.In charge with processing of revalidation for expired loan approval.Preparation of AAA for payment arrangement for projected accounts (if any).Completion and endorsement of title transfer documents to Accreditation Officer.Creation of AAA for updating account contact details (if any).Performs other related duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time.QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Graduate of B.S.
