As a thematic center, the ONC TRC is agnostic to therapeutic modality or disease area. ONC TRC activities are spread between BMS research sites located in San Diego (USA), San Francisco (USA), and CITRE-Sevilla (Spain). The successful candidate will be part of our CITRE ONC TRC team. CITRE (Center for Innovation and Translational Research in Europe) at Bristol Myers Squibb brings together teams from different disciplines, Informatics and Predictive Sciences, Early Clinical Development, and Clinical and Preclinical Research, to contribute to Bristol Myers Squibb's research efforts globally. Together with on-site research, the center contributes to extending our footprint of innovation, collaboration, and talent development in Europe.We will continue to work for patients and together with local external collaborations with biopharmaceutical, biotech, and academic partners we will contribute to the development of new therapies to help patients overcome serious diseases.Position SummaryThe candidate will apply to an open position in a preclinical research team focused on hematological diseases. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with direct experience in technical support in the activities involved in a preclinical research laboratory. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Be well organized with attention to details and ability to multitask. Has the aptitude to learn quickly and feels comfortable adapting to a new platform and/or new priority.Strong communication skills are required.The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the following functions:Development, validation, and performance of ex-vivo assays with primary samples from healthy donors and hematology patients.Maintenance of cell cultures of tumor cell lines and primary samples.Performance of protein assays by flow cytometry, ELISA, and WB.#J-18808-Ljbffr
