Job Purpose:
Support the Payroll/Administration department with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records in various HR systems, managing the time control tool, and assisting the payroll specialist with administrative duties (preparing letters, certificates, contracts, reports, etc.
).
Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records across different systems.Assist with payroll administrative tasks (letters, certificates, reports) under the supervision of the payroll specialist.Prepare documentation for new hires (contracts, policies, clauses to sign).Manage Social Security activities: registrations, deregistrations, and changes.Handle settlements by providing relevant information such as pending vacation days.Manage and update the time control tool.Support in coordinating with providers and verifying invoices for Flex Salary management.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Desirable degree in Labour Relations or Administrative Vocational Training.Computer skills and experience with MS Office applications.Desirable knowledge of labor legislation.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work in a team.Intermediate level of English is valued.What's In It For You?
