German language skills are beneficial.Professional certifications in Project Management or Quality Management are preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.Your mission in the role will be:Lead quality assurance reviews for complex IT transformation programs, focusing on budget adherence and maintaining high-quality standards.Evolve and maintain a robust IT Quality Assurance framework tailored to IT transformation projects.Conduct thorough peer reviews and quality assessments of ongoing programs, ensuring alignment with budgetary and quality objectives.Collaborate with IT project managers to identify potential quality and budgetary risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies.Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in IT service quality and process efficiency.Ensure compliance with internal and external quality assurance standards and regulations.About Allianz Technology: Allianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group
