Location: Barcelona 08003, Barcelona, Spain Contract type: Permanent Job ID: 2367 LEO Pharma has embarked on an ambitious journey to become the preferred Dermatology care partner improving people's lives around the world – and that is why we need you.As Medical Advisor in Iberia, you will get the opportunity to shape the future and help people with skin diseases live more fulfilling lives by advancing the standard of care.Your roleIn this role as Medical Advisor - Iberia, you will represent LEO Pharma in front of the stakeholders (Doctors, Specialist, KOLs, medical institutions, etc.)
as medical and scientific partner, guaranteeing a scientific actualization in Dermatology and developing the network of experts.
You will also collaborate and provide support to Brand teams to develop the strategy and tactics for Dermatology products.
The incumbent will co-create and support global teams and will work on the validation of the actions of the field teams.
Project management (educational, scientific support, data generation) will also be part of the responsibilities.
Regarding the Scientific support for the development and implementation of the short- and medium-term brand -medical strategy the tasks and responsibilities will be: Development of contacts with Key opinion leaders (KOLs) according to brand strategy of the Derma amp; BIO-Derma therapeutics areasVerification and support on marketing/ other department materialsParticipate and contribute actively to business development according to brand strategy of the Derma amp; BIO-Derma therapeutics areasProvide support and education to sales and marketing teams of Derma amp; BIO-Derma areasIdentification of potential speakers to LEO programs and ensure that they receive appropriate training and informationDevelopment of scientific sessions, meetings, projects, and publicationsIdentification of relevant scientific opportunities and support to projects (IIS/ surveys/ etc).
Work on planning and execution and appropriate clinical investigators, sitesUpdate slide kits in line with the strategy of the brand teams of Derma amp; BIO-Derma areas and business planPrepare and provide medical training of the assigned products implementing medical-marketing strategies with a clear scientific approach and supporting marketing in the materials reviewAlign scientific activity with the medical colleagues at country levelKnow and ensure the application of the current legislation and the policies and procedures of the group in his area of applicationLEO Values amp; Patient CentricityAlways act according to the LEO values (integrity, customer focus, innovation, passion, adaptability), focusing its work on achieving the LEO Vision and the LEO MissionAlways act putting patients at the center of everything we do, because they are our reason for beingYour qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: University Degree in Health Sciences (PHD is a plus)Previous experience as a Medical Advisor, MSL or in a Market Access departmentPrevious experience in dermatology or bio dermatology will be a plus but not a mustAbility to structure your work and organize your day to day working with 2 Business Units and 3 productsNative Spanish speaker, fluent in EnglishContact and application.You do not need to upload a cover letter, but feel free to add a few sentences in your resume or CV on why this position has your interest.Beyond the skinJoin LEO Pharma, a global leader in medical dermatology, as we go beyond the skin to make a lasting impact.Our innovative approach sets us apart.
