Valorem l'autenticitat, la col·laboració i els resultats reals.
Estem ampliant l'equip i busquem una persona amb experiència per donar suport operatiu i creatiu en l'àmbit digital, col·laborant directament amb la responsable de màrqueting i formant part d'un equip multidisciplinari amb dissenyadors i programadors.
Com serà el teu dia a dia?
Creació i programació de contingut per a xarxes socials.
Redacció per a guions, blogs, newsletters, webs i anuncis.
Creació de peces visuals amb Canva i CapCut.
Participació en la creació de briefings visuals i seguiment de peces gràfiques.
Execució i optimització de campanyes de Google Ads.
Suport en email marketing, Meta Ads i altres accions digitals diverses.
Requisits imprescindibles 3+ anys d'experiència en màrqueting digital (preferiblement en agència).
Formació específica en màrqueting digital, comunicació o afins.
Domini alt de català i castellà, tant oral com escrit.
Coneixements de les eines per crear contingut (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Autonomia, proactivitat i capacitat d'adaptació.
Coneixements sòlids en tendències actuals i estratègies d'engagement.
Familiaritat amb Mailchimp, Metricool i Meta Business Suite o similars.
Es valorarà Coneixements bàsics de SEO i gestió de Meta Ads.
Nocions bàsiques de fotografia.
Capacitat per analitzar resultats i crear informes bàsics.
Experiència treballant en diferents projectes simultàniament.
Nocions d'edició bàsica de vídeo o motion graphics.

Implicació directa en l'evolució i direcció dels projectes.
