Tareas

¿Qué harás?
- Proporcionar asistencia y orientación al cliente a lo largo del proceso de contratación e instalación del producto.
- Configurar y personalizar el hardware y el software durante la instalación.
- Atención, registro y resolución de problemas técnicos que surjan a lo largo de todo el proceso.
- Realización de tareas de mantenimiento del producto junto al cliente.

**Requisitos**:
¿Qué buscamos?
- Formación: Relacionada con Informática y/o Administración.
- Habilidades: Habilidad comunicativa. Trabajo en equipo y capacidad de adaptabilidad.
- Valorable: Interés en Startups y Tendencias Digitales...
- Ganas de aprender y expandirse a otros departamentos cuando sea necesario.
- Viviendo en Albacete
