Operations Demand And Supply Planner

ABOUT YOU You are a qualified supply planner with skills in demand planning, looking to move to a fast-paced industry for a temporary role.
You have great analytical and numeracy skills.
You're a team player who will connect with the different stakeholders required for the role.
You are oriented towards results and customers, with a continuous improvement, flexible, and agile mindset.
THE JOB You'll be part of our high-performing Supply team, and your purpose will be to plan, monitor, and guarantee the supply of ingredients and packaging for the fulfillment of weekly production plans.
Your main responsibilities will include: Maintaining robust supply communication with suppliers and internal factories (Toledo & Sevilla).
Analyzing production plans n+1 and n+2 to ensure all raw materials are needed on time.
Dealing with supply issues such as supplier orders delay, supplier orders advance, trucks arrival, and production adjustments.
Introducing Intrastat orders and requesting new material into the system.
Checking and approving new designs while following up on AAFF Flow between Marketing and Supplier.
Managing tank concentrate orders (pineapple and orange) as well as quinine orders.
Approving PCN requests and checking block materials to find solutions.
Keeping supply checkpoints in Labels and Caps for purchase orders replenishment.
Comparing safety stock of raw materials versus real stock to balance them.
