The Story so far: Who we areHuspy is a proptech startup solving two of the biggest challenges in the home buying journey: home financing and home search. As we shape the future of home buying, we are helping customers secure mortgages and find the home they want quicker, at a more affordable rate, and on a single platform. We are currently operational in Dubai and Madrid, and we believe the ecosystem we are creating raises the bar for the whole industry and fuels our mission of creating a category-defining experience. Just imagine what you can create here – for the industry, for Huspy, and for yourself. The Main Event: What you'll doWe need to deliver features to the market in a quick and seamless way. You will be the owner of the UX of the features of your tribe, including those from the more junior members of the team.Your work doesn't end when the feature is in production, you will need to review its success post-release and suggest improvements.Conduct user research, competitive analysis, contextual research, and so on, to improve the product and help other teams. You will also use various analytics tools to make informed decisions.Coordinate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate implementation of the features and help them find solutions to the problems that can appear during the implementation phase, with a feature-ship mindset focusing on releasing valuable things to the users.You will take ownership of your work while delivering a consistent user experience across the product. You are 100% Autonomous.The Perfect Match: What you bringMinimum of4 years of experience in UX/UI design for web, apps, e-commerce, dashboards, B2B, and B2CproductsFastprototyping, testing and iterating mind-setStrongUser-Centric Approach and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong portfolio. Demonstrable design expertise on successfully launched projects, not just concepts - applications without a portfolio won't be considered.Exceptional UI design skills and akeen eye for detail, pixel perfect, auto-layout and design systemsProficiency in branding to enhance overallproduct identityExtensive experience withDesign Systems, particularly in Figma, showcasing your mastery of atomic design principles, autolayout, variants, booleans, organization and variablesCommitment, attitude and and high expectations on building the next unicornSolid organization and planning skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while setting appropriate expectations and meeting realistic deadlinesCustomer Obsession.
