Company Description We are looking for Beca Talent Acquisition (f/m/x) Join the Country Operations team and be responsible for talent management and development in the respective market, shape the organisational culture and increase the effectiveness of our AUTO1 Group People Department. In this department we shape the way we work in our organisation and help the team to grow. AUTO1 Group is Europe's leading digital automotive platform. We revolutionize the used car market with our well-known brands Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.De and AUTO1.Com. We are offering an exclusive internship for 6 months which can be extended to 12 months apprenticeship contract. Job Description Be part of our international Talent Acquisition Team and work on recruitment projects to find the best talents for the AUTO1 Group Ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs by building long-lasting relationships with internal and external partners Conduct end-to-end recruitment for our focus area "Production" and approach our talents in Spanish and English Take on research projects and find innovative ways to attract and find candidates Bring in your ideas proactively and support projects that combine both corporate goals and recruiting trends Qualifications You are a student with a strong academic background in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Project Management or in another relevant field An agreement with an educational entity is a must-have First experience in talent acquisition, start-up environment, an affinity for entrepreneurship and/or the automotive industry are preferable Excellent organizational skills paired with good knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and a curious & problem-solving mindset You speak English and Spanish fluently (any other European language is a plus) Additional Information 100% remote No matter where you live, work full time from home in Spain Once a unicorn, now a listed public company, be part of our success story More than 90 different nationalities make up for a truly international and diverse working environment Our fast-paced start-up environment offers plenty of challenges that let you grow personally and gives you the opportunity to have direct impact with everything you do Join us, building the best way to buy and sell cars Apply by uploading your CV in English with a note of your earliest starting date and your preferred internship duration.
