In 'policy grey areas', we are leaned on as the experts in brand safety, so we need to make strong judgement calls to keep the community harm-free.We thrive in the fast-paced environment these projects can bring, working through high volumes of content and safeguarding the community. This is more than policies and rules for us; this is about building a secure and protected gaming environment for all gamers and ensuring the brand reputation and community is always kept safe.What You'll DoYou will review reported content in English and Thai, which will include comments, chats, graphic images, videos, and audio files. Using moderation guidelines, it will be your decision if the user-generated content has broken the community policies or not. You may also need to escalate harmful content to ensure continued protection of the users and brand.This work will be Key Performance Indicator (KPI) driven, and you will be asked to hit quality and quantity targets, so it is important that you:Moderate in accordance with Social Element and client-specific guidelines.Keep up to date with notifications of any new changes in the guidelines or our systems.Carry out moderation and training according to the scheduled times in the project schedule.Be resilient when reviewing content that may be unexpected, highly sensitive, intense, or challenging.Escalate user-generated content that falls within the official escalation processes (e.G., child safety, bomb threats).Inform Supervisors and/or project management team of any technical or other issues with tools or content and provide feedback on any client issues.Working HoursWe are looking for you to have mixed flexibility across weekdays and weekends to cover all possible project hours. For this work, we are looking for people with the following availability:Thai Project: Thursday 9pm to 10pm (UK Time)English Project: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availabilityChild ProtectionAt Social Element, we place the protection of children at the heart of everything we do
