You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates who are seeking job opportunities abroad.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping individuals find their dream jobs and is fluent in Dutch.ResponsibilitiesProactively source and network with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and referrals.Conduct pre-screening and initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific job roles.Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure a thorough understanding of the job openings.Manage the candidate pipeline and keep track of candidate interactions and progress.Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, including interview preparation, offer negotiation, and onboarding assistance.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.RequirementsFluent in Dutch and proficient in English (both verbal and written).Strong sourcing and networking skills to actively identify and engage with potential candidates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers.Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.BenefitsTraining & DevelopmentPerformance BonusFully Paid TrainingGreat Salary#J-18808-Ljbffr
