¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?Gestionar la atención al cliente a través de chat y correo electrónico, asegurando respuestas ágiles y resolutivas.Diseñar y optimizar respuestas estandarizadas para mejorar la eficiencia y calidad de la atención.Coordinarse con el equipo interno para resolver consultas y asegurar una experiencia excepcional para los clientes.Analizar las interacciones con los clientes para identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de atención.Documentar mejores prácticas y actualizar la base de conocimiento de respuestas.Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente, resolviendo incidencias y escalando casos cuando sea necesario.
Lo que buscamos en ti:Experiencia previa de al menos 1 año en atención al cliente, idealmente en un entorno digital o SaaS.Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación escrita en español y nivel B2 de inglés.Capacidad para gestionar múltiples consultas de manera eficiente y organizada.Familiaridad con herramientas de atención al cliente y CRM.Proactividad y orientación al cliente, buscando siempre mejorar su experiencia.Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y autonomía para resolver problemas.
