Research Assistant

The Research Assistant / Baker will support the Research and Development team in conducting research and experiments related to product innovation and improvement, with a focus on baking applications using oils and oleochemicals. This role combines laboratory research with hands-on baking expertise, ensuring that formulations, processes, and products meet quality and performance standards. The position requires a strong understanding of food science, baking techniques, and product testing, as well as the ability to document findings and provide insights for product development.

The role may require the use of specialized equipment and handling of food ingredients. Some evening or weekend work may be required based on research and testing schedules.
