Ardena Pamplona / Idifarma is a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) located in Pamplona in the center of the Spanish northern area, close to the French border, with nearby airports in Pamplona, Biarritz and Bilbao.
Ardena Pamplona is part of Ardena Drug Product Unit and is responsible for formulation and analytical development, manufacture and quality control of drug products.
We currently have over 110 employees at our site.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ardena Pamplona.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will carry out the activities and tasks of the department to achieve maximum efficiency in the use of technical and human resources and ensure the proper maintenance of the facilities and equipment of the company.
- Execute the activities foreseen in the preventive maintenance plan of equipment, machines, and installations to guarantee their operation in the processes and activities of the company.
- Collaborate in the execution of the qualification activities of the equipment and installations under your responsibility in accordance with the annual qualification plan.
- Supervise the maintenance activities carried out by personnel from other companies to guarantee that they are carried out with the required quality and respecting the health and safety regulations at work.
- Collaborate in the execution of works for the implementation of new installations and/or modifications to existing ones, ensuring that they meet the agreed specifications.
- Respect safety and hygiene standards at work and take the necessary sanitary precautions to minimize health risks.
- Optimize the functioning and operation of equipment and installations to achieve high efficiency.
- Execute corrective maintenance as it arises on a day-to-day basis.
- Draft and update SOPs.
- Coordinate and maintain permanent communication with all areas and personnel of the company to whom you provide services.
- Maintain a proactive and receptive attitude to opportunities for improvement, change, training, and professional updating.

YOUR PROFILE LOOKS LIKE/RESEMBLES
- FPII/Higher Degree in Facilities Maintenance.
- In-depth experience in a regulated industrial environment.
- Sound knowledge of a GMP quality system and its regulatory requirements.
- Solution-driven, keeping timelines and budget in mind.
- Continuously looking for improvement.
- Flexible, a problem solver, and a team player.
- Analytical mindset and comfortable in stressful situations.
- Quality and result-oriented.
- Good communication skills and fluent in English (B2).

Desired experience:
- Previous experience in regulated environments (GMP- FDA).
- Able to communicate in English.
- Eligible for acting as qualified person in the European Union.
