El empleo es a tiempo completo en España.
Este perfil requiere de un desempeño excepcional y de unas habilidades comunicativas robustas para las interacciones con el cliente.
**Visión general del equipo**

El equipo de trabajo en el que te desenvolverás es líder en generar una efectiva y robusta Cultura de Seguridad en la Industria.
Trabajarás para un Programa de Transformación Cultural dentro de la refinería de Repsol, una gran empresa del sector Oil&Gas, A través de la creación y operación de la Academia de Factor Humano.
Previamente recibirás un programa de entrenamiento inicial teórico-práctico para poder desempeñar tu rol en la Academia de Factor Humano.
**Tu día a día**

El trabajo se realizará en el Complejo Industrial de Repsol en A Coruña.
Las tareas diarias que realizarás se dividen entre tareas de consultoría y tareas de formación según el calendario planificado.
Serás parte responsable para implementar la mejora de la cultura de seguridad en esta gran empresa.
Trabajarás directamente con el personal de Repsol, analizando y diseñando los programas de mejora de factores humanos que posteriormente implementarás dentro de la Academia de Factor Humano.
El trabajo se realizará en equipo, con otro/a compañero/s más dentro de la Academia de Factor Humano, en constante interacción con los responsables de las unidades organizativas de Repsol y con el apoyo de un equipo de coordinación y jefatura del proyecto desde Madrid.
Ocasionalmente existirá la opción de apoyar y conocer el resto de las instalaciones del cliente en la península Ibérica.
**Qué necesitamos**

Este empleo está dirigido a un perfil técnico (carrera universitaria técnica) con una fuerte vocación por el entrenamiento, la consultoría y la adaptación a los cambios.
**Adicionalmente, valoraremos**:

- Conocimiento y experiência en la Industria Oil/Gas
- Conocimiento/experiência en cultura de seguridad y gestión de seguridad.
- Capacidades para realizar trabajo de campo - Predisposición para el aprendizaje continuo - Competencias de formador y facilitador
- Competencias comunicativas para impartir formación
- Habilidades de trabajo en equipo
- Uso de herramientas de Microsoft Office 365
- Buen nível de inglés (B2)
