Senior Administrator

Could you be our next Senior Administrator working VIVO's Central Built Estate?You will l be responsible for delivering excellent organisational and customer services duties across the Central contract.Working closely with the Head of Projects you will be a source of support and guidance for the teams across all sites, identifying areas of improvement.This role will see you managing and co-ordinating the timely delivery of the Billable Works (Projects) programmes for the Built Estate Central contract, providing efficient reporting of the physical and financial progress of Billable Services.Within this role you will ensure all Project Trackers are monitored/updated in agreed timelines, consolidating data from all Central areas to aid with consistent reporting.What you'll need to do this roleUsing your previous experience within previous data driven administration positions you will have exemplary IT skills specifically Excel V-Look up and preferably Maximo applications.This role will require you to travel to remote sites weekly therefore it is essential that you hold a clean and valid UK driving licence.It is desirable that you have experience of operating within an MOD environment and have familiarity with geography and establishments within area of responsibilityYou must be able to pass SC Clearance to be considered for this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
