The PositionGCS Technical Content Manager (m / f / d)Global Customer Support (GCS) is the global organisation responsible for Technical Services in the Diagnostics Division, which ensures end user success.GCS supports the service organisations of the Roche affiliates and the Lifecycle-Teams.We set the standards of innovative and best-in-class service excellence for Roche Diagnostics by keeping our customers at the centre of everything we do.We are their voice, and the bridge between them and the Global Business teams, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the centre of product designs and updates.Thereby, we support them across borders with solutions by providing training, knowledge, spare parts, and tools to meet their needs.Therefore, by equipping them with the right tools and developing their skills, we enable and maintain customers' operations, contributing to shaping healthcare now and allowing them to change lives tomorrow.As a Content Manager you will be part of the Knowledge & Learning Excellence Team.Your key responsabilities :Own all technical content during the product's lifecycle. Accountable for end to end content creation assisting in defining content elements and planning for the specific project.If content is created externally, coordinate with vendor, manage vendor relationship, closely monitor project.Define and plan the content scope and delivery and determine the channels for the assigned products according to the content strategy.Responsible for stakeholder management, working closely with the GCS Project Leader and project management (PPE) to assist with planning content delivery.Responsible for building relationshipswithin GCS.Ensure that input to any risk assessments are completed - either by the content creator or by the content manager; and also ensure coordination with applicable development teams and planning for content delivery.Ensure that the content creator is able to work in multiple iterations during Agile development while coordinating and completing publication activities.Other responsabilities :Discuss and advise on standardization and best practices associated with content delivery and content management.Responsible for meeting project timelines agreed with thePPE / project team.Within the content management system, define reviewers and approvers, ensuring accessibility and required training is completed.Ensure input into relevant GCS documents, such as milestone documents, in coordination withPPE.Act when assigned, due to capacity needed, as terminology and translation expert to a maximum of 30% work capacity to support the SubChapter Language Operations.In close collaboration with the Content Strategist, understand and implement the KLE content strategy in the assigned projects, and contribute to its continuous improvement by providing feedback.Who you are :You have strong skills in the organization, planning, prioritization, and management of stakeholders and their expectations.And also excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.You have experience with project management as well as cross-functional collaboration.You have good knowledge of translation, localization and project management tools.You are familiar with hardware and software development processes; and with content creation and content management processes, systems, and workflows.What do we offer?We offer competitive compensation and excellent social benefits like flexible work schedule and home office policies, medical insurance, pension plan, allowances for marriage and birth, training related to your career development, gym, meal allowance, flexible remuneration scheme with its fiscal advantages and other benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
