Mission and responsibilities: Manage and Coordinate Projects: Lead the transformation of assisted channels, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic goals and customer needs. Develop, oversee, and drive initiatives that enhance branch and contact center operations.Monitor Project Activities: Track all project activities and timelines, ensuring timely progress and identifying potential delays. Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to stakeholders.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with infrastructure, operations, end-user technology teams, and other bank domains to manage expectations, ensuring seamless delivery and integration of solutions.Project Documentation: Create, maintain, and ensure accuracy of all required project documentation, supporting transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct continuous assessments of project risks, contribute to the development of effective mitigation strategies, and ensure the tracking and management of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards by adhering to rigorous quality control processes.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Software Director and other key team members, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of project outcomes.Technological Integration: Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the program.Budget Management: Manage the project's tech budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation, while meeting financial targets.To be successful in the role you must have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (preferred).Proven experience in program technology leadership within the banking sector, specifically related to assisted channels (call center, branch, retail, etc.).Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.Previous experience working under agile methodology.Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting.An analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.Excellent team management skills.What do we offer?
