We are looking for who is ready to make a difference, into an intercultural environment made of love and passion, talents, and out-of-the-box thinkers.Descripción del puesto : Marni Group is looking for a SALES ASSOCIATE to join the team of its Concession in Madrid.Greeting customers; Be involved in stock control and management; Assisting customersto find what they are looking for; Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers; Being responsible for processing cash and card payments; Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor; Dealing with customer exchanges, issuing store credit, and redeeming store credit; Responsible for dealing with customer complaints; Working within established guidelines, particularly with the brand; Attaching tags to merchandise on the floor and making sure each product has its proper label; Be responsible for making Daily recap, Weekly and monthly report; Be involved in stock control and have a good knowledge of stocktake; Receiving and storing the delivery of stock; Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.Perfil : Previous experiences as Sales Associate in Luxury/Fashion industry will be a plus; Selling experience in shoes, accessories, and bags department; Having a friendly and engaging personality; Comfortable workingwith members of the public; Should have a confident manner and result-oriented, focus on personal goals, taking account of the monthly target of the store; good knowledge of KPIs;Have an accurate knowledge about CLIENTELLING, building lasting relationships with MARNI customers; Must be helpful andpolite with a positive attitude and reliable behavior; Able to work as a part of the Concession team, being multitask, empathic, and a team player; Knowledge of inventory techniques; Fluent in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
