You will be accountable for the SKUs under your market responsibility, ensuring consistent communication with commercial organizations, finance, and operations to align market sales/demand with local supply to meet customer requirements and overall business strategy.Major Tasks and ResponsibilitiesCheck accuracy of statistical forecasting or create baseline based on historical data.Liaise with market organizations to obtain enrichments, evaluate changes, and document reasons for adjustments.Analyze KPIs regularly and propose actions to enhance performance.Maintain an up-to-date 36-month forecast in related systems based on the latest business insights.Monitor supply issues and identify impacts on demand, collaborating with supply coordination.Prepare and support S&OP meetings, including analysis of issues and risks.Partner with supply coordination and market organizations to monitor shelf life and obsolescence.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration and a post-graduate certificate in a supply chain management discipline preferred.5 to 7 years of related experience in supply chain management.Must be a self-starter with good organizational skills, prioritization abilities, strong SAP and APO knowledge, expertise in Microsoft Office, and a digital mindset with knowledge of emerging technologies. Experience in operational excellence, ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve, and proficiency in French and English are essential.
