To manage a team of Striker and lead the development in retail and impulse accounts in each geographical area through activate selling and the implementation of agreed Perfect Store and WvsC standards. Working 360º in region and other departments. Develop people and transfer Red Bull Culture and Values. RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths: 3 years' experience in FMCG sector. Leadership, motivation, and team skills. Clear understanding of the market's sales & distribution, competitor activity as well as consumer behaviour in FMCG context. A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent. Fluent English written and spoken (mandatory). Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) skills and experience with Field Sales tools. Very high negotiation and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills. 75% Travel. Valid driving license.
