Start jij aan dit avontuur dan leiden wij jou op tot Commercieel Service Expert in Valencia voor onze partner Odido. Tijdens deze twee weken durende training leren wij jou de fijne kneepjes van het vak, zodat jij alle klantvragen kunt beantwoorden Denk hierbij aan vragen over;
Abonnementen en diensten;Het wijzigen van klantgegevens;Maar ook het puntenspaarsysteem van Odido.Daarnaast leer je in het klantscherm ook persoonlijke 'deals' te herkennen, zodat jij de klant kan voorzien van het scherpste aanbod en dus de hoogste klanttevredenheid. Dat is niet alleen een bonus voor de klant, want ook jij verdient een bonus zodra je de deal sluit
Als Commercieel Service Expert verdien jij een startsalaris van € 1799,85 bruto per maand bij 39 uur per week. Door het ontwikkelen van verschillende skills én het verdienen van extra bonussen kun je dit blijven verhogen. The Sky is the limit
