As the right hand of the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and meeting sales objectives.

We are looking for an ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER with passion, motivation, and a desire to grow professionally.
The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, a good business vision, familiarity with KPIs, previous retail experience, and a strong customer service orientation.

You will be located in our JACK & JONES store at Gran Plaza Shopping Center, where, together with our store manager Jose Louis and the rest of the team, you will ensure the success of the brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop long-lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service.
Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
Assist the Store Manager in creating sales strategies.
Effectively and kindly resolve any questions or problems customers may have.
Contribute to achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Coordinate product replenishment to keep the store always presentable.
Ensure all items are correctly labeled and presented.
Manage inventory control and order tracking.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
