E2E DCR is combining business and digital capabilities, a customer journey approach, data intelligence and strong governance with Business Units and Operations to drive a customer relationship transformation globally that makes it easy for customers to do business with Schneider digitally.As part of the End to End Digital Customer Relationships, Installed base tracking has become one of the key pillars to grow drastically Services revenues: both field services and digital services.Schneider Electric is seeking a detail-oriented Functional Analyst who will be responsible for understanding business needs, eliciting and documenting requirements, and collaborating closely with development teams to specify the solution and ensure successful project delivery.The IB Functional Analyst Lead is a key team member of installed base digital capability. When working in the Digital Installed Base team, its role is to:Be the digital functional owner of its scope: understand the technical solution, be able to describe it to business and suggest evolutions to answer new requests.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into comprehensive functional specifications.Collaborate with software development teams to communicate these requirements, agree on the solution, verify technical feasibility, and ensure alignment with project goals.Conduct thorough analysis of end-to-end processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Document user stories, use cases, and process flows to facilitate clear communication and understanding between business and technical teams.Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.Contribute to continuous improvement by providing insights for enhancing functional analysis practices and methodologies.Qualifications3+ years' experience working in IT product, analyst, functional or architecture roles
