Discover and develop digitalization potential and technical solutions for various business processes in the Salesforce area (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, pardot (Marketing B2B)) .Within our Business Solutions division, workflow-based processes with Salesforce and other application solutions such as SAP and Microsoft 365 play a key role in our sustainable value creation process. The aim is to continue to individualize and optimize these.Your Tasks Together with your team colleagues, you will advise our specialist departments on technical solutions with a focus on Salesforce - in particular the creation of technical blueprints and architecture concepts.To do this, you will analyze business requirements and create workflow-based solution proposals.You will coordinate the pipelines and roadmap with the relevant specialist departments (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).As a Solution Engineer, you will not only assume responsibility for your specialist areas, but also work independently on the further development of the applications.You will also manage other external Salesforce developers and consultants to ensure our quality standards.Usually not popular, but necessary: You ensure the transfer of knowledge via documentation to our knowledge management systemYour Profile Ideally, you have successfully completed a degree in computer science / business informatics.Building on this, you have gained first experiences with Salesforce technologies,e.G.
