Business Analyst LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst with knowledge of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and LabVantage, which is highly preferred. You should have a manufacturing background or research and development, but this is not a prerequisite. You should have worked within a pharmaceutical/biotech, medical devices, or operations environment, ideally with consulting experience.ProfileThe ideal Business Analyst should:Be proactive and able to work autonomouslyHave somewhat of a technical mindsetHave good project management-like skills (e.g., coordinate and follow-up all involved resources, including themselves and vendors, defining timelines, stakeholder management, etc.)Have good technical and functional analysis skills (e.g., clearly explain how a solution works and who is responsible for which part, good documentation skills, etc.)Be good in networking mindset to find the right people within the structure to transfer knowledge to the clientNot be afraid to delve into the technical aspects, although technical knowledge of access systems is not a prerequisiteKnow what to delegate and what to handle themselvesBe a combination of a Business Analyst, Functional/Technical AnalystSpeak English fluently, with Spanish/French being a bonusStart date: ASAPDuration: 1 year plus extensionLocation will be primarily remote with workshops in Madrid #J-18808-Ljbffr
