**Tu nueva empresa**Multinacional con sucursal en Gavà precisa incorporar a un/a Ingeniero/a (eléctrico, electrónico, industrial...) para soporte a proyectos de testing y validaciones para el sector de la automoción.Buscamos un perfil que tenga skills de liderazgo, de comunicación, resiliencia y disponga de experiência en validaciones eléctricas o electrónicas así como ganas de desarrollarse profesionalmente y con motivación por la programación.Formarás parte de un equipo de 50 personas, plantilla joven y cultura flexible, enfocados a proyectos de todo tipo vinculados al sector automoción y trabajando para grandes clientes de la industria.**Tu nuevo puesto**- Preparación de prototipos para hacer pruebas de testeo y validación con inversores en diferentes temperaturas y condiciones ambientales.- Diseño y configuración de prototipos para evaluar el rendimiento, calidad y la funcionalidad de los productos.- Análisis y documentación de los resultados de las pruebas y procesos.- Seguimiento del proyecto, identificación de problemáticas y mejora continua.- Participación en reuniones técnicas y aportación de resultados.**Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto**- Ingeniería eléctrica, electrónica, mecánica, industrial o afines.- 2 años de experiência como ingeniero, idealmente realizando funciones de testeo y validación.- Experiência o conocimiento en CANoe, ODIS, INCA.- Experiência en Validaciones electrónicas es un plus.- Dotes de liderazgo y aptitudes comunicativas para estar en contacto con departamentos y/o clientes.**Qué obtendrás a cambio**- Contrato indefinido- Plan Formativo personalizado, proyección interna asegurada.- Salario competitivo- Flexibilidad horaria**Tu siguiente paso**Si buscas una posición de liderazgo, con proyectos estimulantes que te ofrezca estabilidad y proyección profesional a medio y a largo plazo, este es tu proyecto.Aplica y te llamaremos para comentarte al detalle
