INSTITUTIONAL FICC SALES - INTERNATIONAL es una Unidad de Negocio integrada en CIB que presta servicio a clientes internacionales institucionales (bancos, aseguradoras, gestoras de fondos, fondos de pensiones…).La unidad está está compuesta por un Executive Director, que coordina la gestión comercial de los clientes de los miembros del equipo compuesto por Executive Directors, Directors y Vice Presidents (Ex Assistant Directors).
Depende jerárquicamente del Managing Director de DCM & FICC Sales.El equipo especializado comercializa, para los clientes institucionales internacionales, los productos FICC (Fixed Income Currency and Commodities) de mercados de capitales: renta fija, derivados, divisa y materias primas.
Los miembros del equipo hacen una cobertura de los clientes según un criterio de especialización geográfica internacional.
El conocimiento detallado de los productos de mercado de capitales y la cercanía a los clientes son esenciales para cumplir con el objetivo de originar operaciones de valor añadido, prestar un servicio al cliente de calidad excelente y optimizar la rentabilidad para el banco.Uno de los Assistant Director se encarga del área geográfica de Francia, uno de los principales mercados en términos de volumen de negocio, con foco en los grandes clientes institucionales franceses, incluyendo grandes gestoras de fondos internacionales, compañías aseguradoras, bancos y otras entidades financieras.
Para dar cobertura a este área geográfica se convoca una plaza de Comercial de productos de mercado de capitales ("FICC Sales") en Madrid, con función de Assistant Director.
Gestión de clientes.
Responsabilidad de la operativa comercial del día a día de los clientes de su cartera (clientes institucionales franceses).
Ayuda a los clientes en su interacción con el resto de los equipos del banco.
Resolución de problemas.
Cercanía al cliente con reuniones periódicas.
Conocimiento de sus necesidades.
Originación comercial.
Tanto de negocio recurrente como de operaciones singulares (i.E.
intercambio de colaterales, colocaciones privadas…) Consecución de órdenes de clientes en mercado primario de renta fija para emisiones estructuradas y comercializadas por el equipo de DCM & Syndicate de CaixaBank.
Incrementar el flujo de negocio en mercado secundario de renta fija (deuda y crédito) de la cartera de clientes.
Incrementar el negocio de derivados con los clientes de la cartera.
Establecer relación y abrir líneas con nuevos clientes
