TU ROL La posición que buscamos incorporar, un Contract Manager de operaciones logísticas para nuestro centro de trabajo ubicado en Alovera y cuya misión principal será gestionar las operaciones para maximizar la rentabilidad y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, mediante la óptima dirección del equipo de trabajo.
¿QUÉ VAS A HACER? Entre las funciones a desempeñar se encuentran las siguientes:
Planificación diaria de recursos
Controlar el estado financiero de la cuenta
Planes de acción para mejorar la productividad
Reuniones con encargados y capataces para planificar operativa
Autorizar pagos a proveedores analizando desviaciones para la optimización del servicio
Aumentar la relación con el cliente y conseguir estabilizar la situación y ganar volumen
Comunicar y mostrar al cliente los indicadores (productividad y calidad)
Participar de forma activa en las negociaciones con el Comité de Empresa para asegurar la estabilidad y clima social de la empresa o centro de trabajo, dirigiendo y orientando las reuniones mensuales así como canalizando las reuniones extraordinarias enfocadas al trabajo diario.
Evaluación y análisis de incidencias operativas
Motivar la plantilla para conseguir mejorar la productividad, calidad servicio y satisfacción del cliente
¿QUÉ ESTAMOS BUSCANDO? Experiencia previa demostrable en empresa del sector logístico gestionando operaciones logísticas y equipos de trabajo durante al menos 3 años
Alto nivel de conocimientos de ofimática
Alto nivel de conocimientos del mercado logístico
Liderazgo, planificación y organización. Conocimiento analítico
Inglés nivel alto
Valorable conocimientos de procesos LEAN
