Logistics Specialist

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Logistics Specialist. The role will be part of a growing and talented Logistics Team and will report directly into our Logistics Supervisor.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be expected to:
Manage the logistics process at our warehouses to ensure daily operations.
Solve any possible incidents to minimize the impact on business, carrying out follow-ups and managing autonomously and proactively.
Oversee 3PL invoicing on a monthly basis, ensuring it fits the agreed conditions and analyzing any budget deviations.
Monitor key performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and participate in cross-functional work teams to increase the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
Be the liaison between the logistics area, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders.
Be recognized as an expert in the logistics area within the organization, solving complex problems, working independently, and interpreting internal or external issues.

Candidate Profile Experiences and Qualifications:

Office package knowledge.
Degree / educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar is preferred.
Experience in international transportation and customs clearance processes.
Between 2 and 4 years of experience in a similar role in a multi-national company, 3PL, forwarding agent, or transport company.
Significant experience in multi-national and multi-cultural environments.
Fluent English and Spanish speaker with international experience. Additional languages are a plus.
Experience working in diverse and remote teams.
Have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
