Job Description Our client, a leading global IT service provider,is recruiting for a BSS Technical Delivery Managerto join their business inSpain.Responsibilities:Manage the overall program, including planning, execution, and delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet quality standards, compliance to security & regulatory guidelines.Lead and mentor a team of software professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project success.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices and optimizing project delivery processes.Promote a culture of automation and adoption of AI in every single aspect of the delivery. Technology adoption will be a key KPI for this roleQualifications:Strong leadership and project management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in managing OSS software projects and delivering results.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile & dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.Experience of agile development cycleExperience of delivering OSS projectsStrong understanding of BSS systems, including billing, CRM, order management & fulfillment, integration and related technologiesPrior experience of development on Java, Python, SQL platformsKnowledge of industry-specific compliance and regulatory requirementsKnowledge of agile way of working and adoption of technology to improve working
