Nos estamos preparando para la transformación hacia el vehículo eléctrico, al mismo tiempo que digitalizamos los procesos y desarrollamos y capacitamos a nuestrxs empleadxs.

En línea con este compromiso, buscamos ampliar nuestro equipo de producción con perfiles técnicos para liderar el proceso hacia la electrificación. En este sentido, la batería es un elemento fundamental en el vehículo eléctrico, es por ello que buscamos personas con muchas ganas que quieran formar parte de este apasionante reto.

Aquellas personas que estén interesadas en sumarse al proyecto, lo harían en un inicio en SEAT Componentes para, posteriormente, trasladarse a la nueva planta de ensamblaje de sistemas de baterías en Martorell, una vez finalice su construcción.

El área de Producción, necesita incorporar a una persona en su equipo como **BTV Purchased Parts Battery System/Supplier Management & Technical Analysis.**

Sus **tareas principales** **serán**:

- Realización de análisis adhesivado en Sistema Batería conjuntamente con proveedores (Adhesive Welding Analysis)
- Definición de medidas para aseguramiento de adhesivo en sistema batería conjuntamente con proveedor y seguimiento en proveedor(Adhesive Welding Analysis)
- Verificación integridad y funcionamiento de circuitos impresos y, en general, del hardware
- Soldaduras de componentes electrónicos / uniones soldadas y seguimiento con proveedores
- Uniones atornilladas - conocimientos en propiedades mecánicas elementos
- Compatibilidad de elementos con el entorno (refrigerantes, etc).
- Disipadores térmicos (condiciones de temperatura)
- Conexiones eléctricas / electrónicas
- Análisis Corrosión y definición de medidas correctoras
- Estanqueidad - Clases de protección IP66. IP67
- Asegurar el lanzamiento de nuevos proyectos desde la fase de desarrollo del producto hasta la introducción en el mercado con la herramienta QPNi.
- Homologar y documentar piezas nuevas o modificadas en sistema BeOn.
- Apoyo al Dept. de Compras en la realización en proveedor del SFN2 (2DP)
- Asesorar técnicamente a proveedores y al resto de áreas de la compañía en el desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos.
- Acompañamiento de los proyectos serie con la gestión y resolución de reclamaciones de piezas de proveedor impulsando medidas correctoras y verificando su eficacia y documentación en sistema KPM.
- Realizar revisiones técnicas en proveedor - TRL.
- Participación en grupos de trabajo para industrialización de proyectos
- Realización de planificaciones y acompañamiento lanzamiento nuevos proyectos
- Homologar y documentar piezas nuevas o modificadas
- Asegurar el lanzamiento de nuevos proyectos desde la fase de desarrollo hasta la introducción en el mercado.
- Representante de Calidad en diferentes gremios
- Definir medidas correctoras y hacer seguimiento para asegurar KPI's
- Optimizar procesos y buscar eficiencias
- Interpretación de Planos
- Realización de informes

Requisitos mínimos

**Formación**:

- Ingeniería Ramas técnicas o Grado Superior Electronica/Electromecanica

**Formación específica**:

- Aplicaciones de Calidad
- Análisis de problemas
- Gestión de Calidad
- Gestión de Proyectos
- Paquete Office (Ofimática)
- Conocimientos de Materiales/dimensionales
- Vehículo Eléctrico, HV, Baterias etc.

**Idiomas**:

- Inglés Medio y/o Alemán Medio/Avanzado

**Otros**:

- Experto en adhesivados y comportamiento adhesivos en Sistema batería
- Experto en comportamiento químico de adhesivos en funcionamiento Sistema Batería (Celdas/Aluminio etc )
- Experto en HV (High Voltaje)
- Titulación N3 y EFK.
- Conocimientos sistemas de validación pruebas eléctricas, electrónicas (EBOX,BMC, Celdas).
- Conocimiento en químicas de Celdas. ( LFP Vs. NMC)
- Conocimiento en concepto liberación producto (Sistema Batería)
- Conocimiento en sistema de producción Sistema Batería
- Conocimiento concepto liberación pruebas de estanqueidad en Batería (Presión y Caudal)
- Análisis procesos de montaje
- Experiência Gestión Calidad
- Experiência en lanzamiento proyecto
