¿Tienes experiencia como Facility Manager / Gestor de servicio? ¿Tienes capacidad de gestión y una alta orientación al cliente y resultados? ¿Te interesa una nueva ocupación con proyección de futuro? En Grupo EULEN buscamos un/a gestor de servicios para nuestro departamento de FM / Auxiliares.Funciones:Responsable a nivel operativo del personal de los contratos de FM.Atención al cliente y a los responsables directos del cliente.Supervisión de informes mensuales para cliente y de control.Preparación y asistencia a las reuniones programadas de seguimiento de los servicios, solicitadas por cliente/Property.Optimización del servicio al cliente en todas sus vertientes.Control económico de los resultados.Gestión de la facturación de proveedores y clientes.Interlocución y negociación con el cliente.Elaboración de cuadro de mandos.Codificación de cuadrantes de los empleados.Gestión y planificación de vacaciones.Gestión de tareas relacionadas con la administración de empleados.Realización de informes y reportes periódicos.Gestión de archivos y documentación.Atención y resolución de consultas internas y externas.Contrato Indefinido.
