With GelatoConnect, we have built the largest ecosystem in the printing industry, which offers cost savings and efficiency improvements for production hubs all over the world.
What you will be doingAs a Creative Strategist, you play a critical role in translating Gelato's brand vision into innovative and impactful creative strategies. Your primary responsibilities include driving the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies, and ensuring the alignment of our creative endeavors with the overarching brand identity. By providing creative insights and leveraging your strategic acumen, you contribute to shaping Gelato's visual direction and maintaining a unique presence in both B2B (GelatoCreate), B2C (Optimalprint), and PSP-focused (GelatoConnect) domains.
Some of your key responsibilities will include Collaborate across the marketing team to develop and maintain a compelling brand identity and creative expression that aligns with the company's values and resonates with target audiences.Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all creative outputs, including design, messaging, tone of voice, and visual elements.Lead the conceptualization and production of engaging content strategies that inspire and resonate with target audiences across all customer journey stages and channels.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement metrics, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of creative initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights. Contribute to the development of high-quality, results-driven content to meet marketing and business KPIs.Provide creative support for the successful launch of new products or features, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.Regularly communicate creative strategies, results, and recommendations to the marketing team and stakeholders.Ability to present creative concepts, campaigns and strategies and pitch these to internal stakeholders.Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to provide insights, identify opportunities, and refine creative strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into creative strategies for optimal efficiency and results.Ensure all creative outputs are on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice across various content channels.Develop and implement standards, systems, and best practices for content creation, distribution, and maintenance.

Who you areAs a Creative Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Gelato's creative narrative, contributing to the overall success of the brand in both B2B and B2C spheres. Your strategic insights and creative leadership will be instrumental in maintaining Gelato's unique position in the marketplace.

Our requirements for this role include:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees, such as an MBA or a Master's in a related field, are advantageous but not mandatory.Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in creative strategy, with a proven track record of successful creative campaign development.At least 4 years in Advertising Agency Experience or In-House Creative Agency.Demonstrated experience in developing and executing innovative creative strategies and campaigns. In-depth knowledge of brand development, brand management, and brand identity.A diverse portfolio showcasing successful and innovative creative campaigns and projects across various mediums.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a clear understanding of how creative efforts align with overall business objectives and brand strategy.Capacity to analyze data and insights to inform creative decisions and optimize strategies.Proficiency in industry-standard creative tools and software for design, content creation, and project management.Aware of the latest developments in AI & experience in application to the creative production process
