From our headquarters in the Málaga TechPark in Málaga, Spain, we operate both locally and internationally with clients from many different business sectors including leading brands in the Games, IT, Legal, Engineering, Life Sciences, Energy, Finance, Banking, and Business industries.We are currently hiring an experiencedLocalization QA Test Leadfor our Testing Department in our HQ in Málaga, Spain.
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a LQA Lead in the gaming industry.As LQA Lead, you will manage video game testing projects in a deadline-driven environment taking full ownership of the tasks entrusted to you.
Your job is to ensure successful project completion and 100% customer satisfaction.
You are expected to be a good team player helping the Project Manager and testing teams in their daily tasks as well as working independently.Requirements:Ability to follow instructions and established processesGood communication, planning, and organization skillsPositive, problem-solving, pro-company "can do" attitude with a willingness to go the extra mileUnderstand the importance of confidentiality, security, and qualityCustomer-focused, understand the importance of continuous customer satisfactionCapacity to lead and motivate multilingual tester teams in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where schedule changes are part of planningAble to work with tight deadlines in a deadline-driven environmentAble to see the full picture as well as have a keen eye for detailEnglish at a native or near-native level.
