Head Of The Technical Department

The selected person will be responsible for coordinating and leading the technical team, both in the office and in the field, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction and the achievement of the company's operational and strategic objectives.
Main functions: 1.
Direct and supervise the technical team (office and field technicians), promoting a high-performance environment.
2.
Plan, organize and control technical resources, aligning their activity with the company's objectives.
3.
Establish and implement key performance indicators (KPIs).
4.
Attend to and resolve technical incidents and customer complaints.
5.
Participate in the development of the Technical Assistance Service (SAT) strategic plan.
6.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization.
7.
Coordinate the relationship with suppliers and control operating costs.
8.
Interpret technical documentation, prepare reports and presentations.
9.
Represent the department in meetings with clients and other areas of the company.

– Accustomed to working under agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
– Mastery of organization and management tools (Trello, Jira).
– Knowledge in Power BI will be valued positively.
