Transforming SaaS and Cloud Spend Management for Modern Businesses

The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Director to spearhead our procurement service, building trust and robust action plans with key strategic customers in Southern Europe.

This role requires an exceptional leader who can communicate a global procurement vision and strategy, inspire high-performance teams, and develop personalized procurement strategies for major accounts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and communicating a global procurement vision and strategy
  • Setting and tracking team and individual performance against regional procurement goals
  • Inspiring and developing a high-performance procurement team
  • Developing personalized procurement strategies for major accounts
  • Catching teams to identify and pursue high-impact procurement opportunities
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to improve customer journey satisfaction
  • Developing specific procurement playbooks to maintain consistency at scale
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A professional background in Strategic Sourcing, Project Management, Procurement, Vendor Management, or a related discipline in Consulting
  • A strong understanding of the SaaS business model and knowledge of the ecosystem
  • A passion for delivering great customer service and achieving extraordinary results as part of a dynamic team
  • Superb listening skills and the ability to dig deeper to uncover customer objectives
  • Expert project management skills to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely completion of objectives
