Through our innovative solutions, we contribute to building a future where everyone can thrive, resources are optimized, and connectivity brings people together.About the roleAre you a strategic leader with a track record in managing large-scale production teams?As a Production Manager in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, you will be at the forefront of overseeing four production teams and driving to success. You will collaborate closely with the Production Director to lead and organize the production team efficiently. Your role will be crucial in maintaining and improving the culture of work, planning, and overall production performance.Key responsibilities:Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to production teams, inspiring them to meet and exceed production goals.Production Oversight: Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure they align with quality standards and meet production targets.Daily Performance Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, reporting to the Production Director and Chief Operating Officer.Resource Management: Optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel, machines, and materials, to enhance production efficiency.Development of Teams: Provide training, coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
