Esta es tu oportunidad de dar el siguiente paso como Regional Brand Delivery Specialist en nuestras oficinas corporativas en Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid).Tu misión será implantar y fomentar los programas de calidad a todos los niveles del hotel, asegurando la experiencia del huésped durante todo el "customer journey" y velando por el cumplimiento de nuestros estándares de producto y servicio que nos permita asegurar nuestra promesa de marca, creando una cultura de mejora continua para incrementar el índice de satisfacción de nuestros clientes internos y externos, y el soporte estratégico a la dirección de operaciones de marca para la consecución de los objetivos estratégicos.Creemos que todas las personas tienen algo único que ofrecer… Únete al equipo de Palladium y descúbreloTus funciones principales serán:Adquirir los conocimientos necesarios de la marca para convertirse en experto de esta, siendo un referente en la compañía.Identificar oportunidades para la mejora continua de procesos y de innovación. Hacer recomendaciones y sugerencias para mejorar sistemas y procesos actuales.Promover la aplicación de las mejoras de procesos que sean necesarias para implementar un modelo ágil, eficiente y capaz de adaptarse al ritmo de la demanda del cliente apostando por la innovación e incentivando el uso y la optimización de herramientas digitales.Elaboración y mantenimiento de los manuales de marca y actualización anual de los mismos adaptándolos a las mejoras propuestas por los directores de operaciones de marca, responsables regionales de cada una de las áreas y las distintas empresas certificadoras en estándares de servicio.Creación de manuales de OS&E; y actualización anual de los mismos adaptándolos a los cambios aprobados por dirección de operaciones.Realizar todas las acciones necesarias (estudios, análisis, comparativas, visitas...) para ofrecer soporte estratégico/táctico a las direcciones de operaciones de marca para el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos y generales de área de operaciones.Apoyo a la dirección de BD&OI; en el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos del departamento.Impulsar la responsabilidad operativa con los equipos de los establecimientos que nos permita asegurar nuestra promesa de marca.Creación, supervisión, codificación y seguimiento de los manuales operativos de servicio de las unidades de negocio.Realización de procedimientos corporativos de operaciones alineados con los valores de PHG.Es el responsable de la supervisión del sistema documental, asegurándose que se crean y se materializan los procedimientos específicos (LSOP) necesarios para la correcta operación del hotel.Desarrollar y contribuir al plan de auditoría interna y externa, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de marca.Gestionar las propuestas de mejora aportadas por las diferentes unidades de negocio
