Grupo SHISEIDO Spain busca incorporar a una persona como E-commerce & CRM Specialist para nuestro dpto Prestige Digital. En dependencia de la Prestige Digital Manager la persona seleccionada realizará las siguientes FUNCIONES:Responsabilizarse de la planificación y activación comercial de los diferentes E-commerce de las marcas del departamento: Shiseido, Ulé y Clé de Peau Beauté.Responsabilizarse de las adaptaciones de las Páginas de producto, Banners y Códigos.Mensualización de los targets y del Sell-Out, seguimiento de los KPISCreación y activación de los planes de animación según el calendario de lanzamientos y periodos comerciales de la marca. Activación de las diferentes palancas de performance: Paid Media, SEO, SEA, CRM.Planificación del calendario de CRM: Comunicaciones y segmentaciones.Acciones de reclutamiento y seguimiento de los KPIS: reachable, opt-in, actives.Ejecución de Guidelines y apoyo en la P&L del ECOM & CRMPrevision Forecast DTC: Samples & GWPREQUISITOS:-Al menos 3 años de experiencia en puesto similar.-Formación en ADE, Marketing, Digital o similar. -Nivel alto en inglés.-Manejo Office.-Conocimiento SalesForce u otras plataformas de ECOM y de CRM-Conocimiento de HTML y Google Analytics.-Valorable tener experiencia previa en Agencia y experiencia en el sector.-Persona analítica y orientada a ventas por objetivos.Si eres la persona elegida, te OFRECEMOS:-Contrato indefinido y jornada completa.-Salario competitivo.-Excelente ambiente de trabajo y posibilidad de crecimiento profesional en una empresa multinacional líder en su sector.-Tarjeta restaurante.-Política de teletrabajo y flexibilidad laboral. #J-18808-Ljbffr
