Aunque esta ya está construida, están poniendo en marcha muchas nuevas implementaciones en las que podrás contribuir.Tu evoluciónTu primer díaEn 1 mesEn tu primer mes aterrizarás en la empresa y en el equipo, conociendo a la gente y su forma de trabajar. La incorporación es importante para Novicap, así que se asegurarán de que tengas todo lo que necesitas para empezar a rockear.Implementar nuevas funcionalidades de su backend, y corregir y mejorar aquellas que ya tienen funcionando.Mejorar el rendimiento, escalabilidad y monitorización de su aplicación.Revisar el código del resto del equipo, aportando y aprendiendo de los demás.Los servicios se comunican entre sí mediante REST, los datos se almacenan en PostgreSQL y el frontend utiliza React.Hacen muchas integraciones con servicios de terceros e instituciones financieras, ya que es una empresa que hace un uso intensivo de datos.Son fieles defensores del código limpio, emplean buenas prácticas, y cada vez que se aprueban un cambio se despliega automáticamente a través de su pipeline con CI / CD.La flexibilidad es clave para Novicap, por eso animan a la gente a gestionar sus propios horarios, para poder conciliar su vida familiar y laboral.El equipo suele coincidir entre las 8:00 y las 18:30, al ser flexible, te organizarás como quieras. Es un programador apasionado con interés en resolver problemas del mundo real con la ayuda de la tecnología.Ahora mismo buscan incrementar su equipo con una persona con experiencia como Software Engineer, independientemente del stack siempre y cuando te interese programar en Ruby on Rails. Ya que ahora mismo es el Stack en el que desarrollan.Tanto si ya tienes experiencia en RoR, como si quieres aprender este stack, te están esperando.Además, quieren que tengas:Experiencia como backend developer, desarrollando una plataforma en una empresa de producto.Pueden considerar que no tengas experiencia en RoR, pero que al menos tengas ganas de aprenderlo.Capacidad de hacer las cosas, con criterio, considerando el fino equilibrio entre la velocidad de hacer las cosas y la perfección.Mentalidad orientada al impacto; entiendes cómo tu trabajo impacta a los clientes y a tu equipo.Ser capaz de comunicarte en inglés, ya que son un equipo multicultural y en el equipo Tech en concreto, es el idioma predominante.Si además tienes experiencia construyendo plataformas/Saas y/o experiencia en Fintech, tienes un punto extraTecnologíasBuscan profesionales que tengan los conocimientos necesarios para desempeñar las funciones del puesto, independientemente de la tecnología utilizada.Equipo necesario para que puedas trabajar cómodamente.Clases de inglés subvencionadas por la empresa.Beneficios flexibles con Cobee y tarifa preferente en el seguro médico.Suscripción a Andjoy si te gusta el deporte.
