With substantial growth on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager to shape and execute the company's strategic vision.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing Daily Operations:Lead the daily operations of the organisation across pricing, sales, staffing, product management, and construction, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels of the business.Implementing Growth Strategies:Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth while setting and tracking key performance goals.Reviewing and Improving Policies & Procedures:Continuously evaluate and refine company policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and drive profitability.Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Compliance:Oversee, maintain, and enforce all WHS standards, ensuring compliance and safety across the organisation.
Conduct quarterly toolbox meetings to ensure team alignment and safety culture.Talent Acquisition & Development:Lead the hiring of key personnel and oversee comprehensive training programs to develop team skills and foster continuous improvement.Strategic Investment Decisions:Evaluate and make informed decisions regarding equipment, infrastructure, and personnel investments to enhance operational capacity.Financial & Productivity Oversight:Review financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement.
Lead cost-saving initiatives and drive process improvement.Reporting to Executives:Provide detailed reports on key results and performance to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations for business optimisation.Directing Sales & Marketing Efforts:Lead sales, marketing, and customer service activities to ensure a strong market presence and maintain high standards of client service.On Offer:As General Manager, you will be responsible for strategy, structure, budgets, people, and financial outcomes.
