Antai Ventures is a Barcelona-based venture studio with presence across Southern Europe and LatAm.
We partner-up and invest in the best co-founders to build global companies willing to disrupt multi-billion dollar industries.
Since 2012 we have co-founded +30 companies including Glovo, Wallapop, PlatanoMelon, and Piper.
Our ventures have raised more than $1.5B in funding, have generated more than $3B in shareholders value and currently employ more than 3000 people.We are now looking for the founders of our next venture in the GenAI space.
As a founder, you'll be in the driving seat, launching and leading your company.
We'll invest in you and be your co-founding partners, equipping you with strategic, financial, and operational support in all the key areas (Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Fundraising, and Talent) to quickly go from 0 to 1.As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for:Designing commercial, product, and growth strategiesBuilding, leading, and motivating a strong teamOverseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and missionAnalyzing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growthReviewing financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvementsMaintaining deep knowledge of the market and industry of the companyBuilding trust with key partners and stakeholdersPresenting the Company's vision, roadmap, and results to shareholders and potential investorsRequirements:Proven track record in taking things from 0 to 1 and getting your hands dirty+5 years of experience in the tech/startup industry, having previously held a management positionExcellent communication and public speaking skills in English and SpanishProved entrepreneurial and analytical mindset in finding solutions to complex problems with limited resourcesBeing comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertaintyBenefits:Being part of Antai's ecosystem, comprised of serial entrepreneurs who have founded and scaled $1BN+ companies.Leverage unlimited support from Antai's operators' team (Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Fundraising, and Talent) to optimize the process of taking an awesome idea and turning it into an impactful company.Opportunity to build your next company in a de-risked and fast-tracked way.Strong equity stake and a guaranteed salary from day 1Office space in Barcelona, Madrid, and Mexico City #J-18808-Ljbffr
