Job OverviewA Real Estate Agent serves as a trusted intermediary between sellers and buyers. Key responsibilities include guiding buyers through the process of marketing and purchasing property at the right price under optimal terms.
Main Responsibilities- Accompanying buyers during property viewings,
- Providing expert advice on the suitability and value of visited properties,
- Presenting purchase offers to potential buyers,
- Identifying customers' needs and financial capabilities to propose tailored solutions,
- Offering guidance on market conditions, negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters,
- Preparing essential documentation (contracts etc),
- Maintaining knowledge of the real estate market,
- Creating comprehensive listings for sales properties featuring location, features, images, and other relevant details.
- Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure all terms are met,
- Ensuring fair and transparent dealing practices.
- No prior experience in the real estate industry is required but preferred,
- Fluent proficiency in Polish and English,
- Exceptional interpersonal skills,
- Pro-active and a team player,
- Goal-orientated and ambitious,
- A genuine interest in a long-term career with our organization,
- Familiarity with basic computer software (Internet, Windows, MS Office),
- Flexibility in working hours,
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
Monday – Friday 09:00-18:00 (Lunch break: 13:00-15:00); Saturday 10:00-15:00
While prior experience is not mandatory, we emphasize the importance of honesty and an open-minded approach. Upon joining, TEKCE Academy will provide two weeks of online training and support, equipping you with the necessary skills to excel in your role.
