 Visión general del programa
Es un programa que busca nutrir a la organización con talento que posea un alto potencial de crecimiento con el fin de que se desarrollen en distintas especialidades críticas.
Es un programa amplio, centrado en conocimientos genéricos y habilidades transversales.
Al ser menos especializado, el programa se centra en identificar a estudiantes con los mejores expedientes, de los mejores centros formativos, con el correcto fit cultural, como principales predictores del éxito futuro en la organización
Detalles y resultados esperados
El programa busca Talento diverso con alto potencial de crecimiento como palanca clave de progresoy ejecución.Es un programa rotacional de 24 meses dirigido a talento externo e interno y con al menos una experiencia internacional.
Perfil Candidato/a 

Graduados de Universidad o Máster con un máximo de 2 años tras haber finalizado la carrera.
Excelente expediente académico (nota de corte 7/10)
Inglés C1 y Español C1

Se valorará positivamente:

La experiencia internacional previa, ya sea académica (intercambio) o profesional, será altamente valorada
