Digital Project Manager

.We are looking for a Digital Project Manager with a high level of English to join our team in Madrid. You will manage the projects of a global client, handling multiple projects. Working on digital campaigns from start to finish, you will support across administrative tasks, quality assurance, and creative excellence tasks. You will be responsible for timings, scope of work, meeting notes, and project logistics.We are looking for a person with around 3–5 years of experience in advertising agencies/studios, with project management capabilities and good knowledge of the production processes. The selected person must be highly organized and accustomed to working toward goals.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Business Leadership to develop client relationships and assist with client management and communications, including meetings, scheduling, and sharing contact reports and follow-ups.Coordinate with the producers and creatives of the agency regarding the quality and delivery times of the materials.Produce (and follow) accurate timing plans, which should be agreed upon by all parties.Communicate client requests and project changes quickly and clearly.Coordinate different stakeholders from client and agency teams relevant to project success and facilitate asset delivery.RequirementsDeep knowledge of digital production areas: display, emailings, and social media campaigns.Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude and solution-focused.Well organized and efficient, with demonstrated attention to detail.Able to manage multiple projects/tasks at once.Significant experience with MS Office, especially PPT.An enthusiastic team player.C1 Level English (comfortable to hold daily communications via email and phone).What we offerIndefinite contract.Hybrid model.Training plans in our extensive training platform.23 working days of vacation, plus 2 long weekends of your choice, plus 3 days at Easter, plus 3 days at Christmas.The day of your birthday offIncorporation in a multinational company with high professional, economic, and financial solvency that leads new, innovative, and large-scale projects.ABOUT USTo achieve success in the world of global adaptation and production, you need more than just clear processes and smart technology; you need true craftsmenand women – people who care deeply about their clients' brands and work tirelessly to drive maximum cost savings for a client while ensuring that each brand's story remains impactful as it travels around the world.Craft currently employs over 1000 full-time employees, operating in 120 countries with hubs in 17 strategic locations specializing in broadcast/video production, print production, digital production, and global translation.While we are wholly owned by McCann World Group, we have been purposely established as a truly independent company within the Interpublic Group of Companies.*McCann Worldgroup is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
