About the position Are you an experienced financial professional seeking an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic organization? Look no further. We are actively seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join our team in Spain. This pivotal role offers the chance to steer financial strategies, optimize performance, and drive sustainable growth within our expanding operations.
Responsibilities Supporting the Director Corporate Finance to further develop and roll out financial controlling standards and processes.
Typical job duties:
Financial performances review and reporting to top management Propose and implement improvements to the management reporting processes & data analytics Coordination, leadership and support to the finance key-user group on the Budget/Strategic Planning process Become subject matter expert of the planning system (Adaptive) Development of dashboards for management Perform ad hoc analysis for the CEO/CFO/CTO Represent Corporate Finance in cross-functions projects Requirements Must haves:
7 to 10 years of professional experience in finance, accounting & controlling, High IT affinities with a broad experience in financial systems High level of process orientation Proactive, open minded, assertive and mature personality Self-learner able to work independently with a strong analytical mindset Would be a plus:
